Gift Boxes
What are the types of gift boxes offered? Marilyn’s Gift offers two types of gift boxes: seasonal (quarterly) gift boxes and special occasion boxes.
Subscription Seasonal Gift Boxes are sent out in March, June, September and December. Subscribers receive a 10% discount.
Single Purchase Seasonal Gift Boxes and Special Occasion Gift Boxes are one-time purchases, making it easy to honor a birthday, recognize Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day, or send a Gift Box to a friend or family member who needs a little pick me up.
What is Marilyn’s Gift policy on returns or exchanges? All Marilyn’s Gift boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are the contents of the gift box the same as on the website? Marilyn’s Gift strives to have the items be consistent with the website. On occasion substitutions may occur, with the new item being of the same or greater value.
Subscription Terms
How am I billed for a subscription? You are billed immediately upon ordering your first gift box. Thereafter you will automatically be charged for the next gift box on the 10th of March, June, September and December. We will send you an email before you are charged as a reminder.
Initially you may see another schedule when you first purchase a Marilyn’s Gift Box, however it will be updated to reflect our billing and shipping schedule.
How do I update my Billing or Shipping information?
For Billing, log in to your account at www.marilyns.gift and go to “Manage Subscriptions” then “Billing Information.”
For Shipping, log into your account at www.marilyns.gift and go to “Manage Subscriptions” then “Subscriptions.” Click on “Edit” under the “Action” column.
As a subscriber can I skip the next subscription Marilyn’s Gift box? Marilyn’s Gift allows for a gift box to be skipped for a quarter.
What is Marilyn’s Gift subscription cancellation policy? You can cancel at any time however, to avoid being billed for the next seasonal box, you must cancel before the last day of the month prior to the delivery month. For example, you must cancel by May 31st to avoid paying for the June box.
If the gift box is already paid, your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any paid gift boxes, nor will it stop a pending charge for one. To cancel, log in to your Marilyn’s Gift account.
Shipping
Marilyn’s Gift boxes will only ship after a successful billing has been completed.
How long does it take for the Marilyn’s Gift box to arrive once shipped? For the Contiguous United States it can take up to 7-10 business days. Boxes shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will take longer, generally 2-3 weeks.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is free within the contiguous US. Hawaii and Alaska destinations do not receive free shipping.
What do I do if Marilyn’s Gift box is damaged or is missing items? Please report missing, damaged, lost, or defective item(s) within one (1) week of your delivery date. Please contact us at info@marilyns.gift so we can help fix the issue.
